I’ll start by saying I would give zero stars if it were an option. Amerio Law, Ashley Injury Lawyers, whatever they are calling themselves these days are the epitome of why attorneys are so disliked. They agreed to take my personal injury case on contingency 3 ½ years ago even though they were probab...ly not qualified to handle what essentially was a medical malpractice case. My guess is they were hurting for revenue during the height of Covid. I am not even sure they had an attorney to work the case until last year. They puttered around and kept me in the dark for the most part and suddenly called me and said as a matter of a previously overlooked housekeeping chore, my wife and I needed to sign electronic substitution of attorney forms and we trustingly did so. The very next day, I received another call telling me they were dropping the case for business reasons. I now know that having us sign the substitution of attorney forms under false pretense was so they would not have to go back and explain to The Court why they were dropping the case. Basically, they made it look like we fired them! To add insult to injury, they quickly filed a lien against any future settlement proceeds making it virtually impossible to find another attorney to accept the case. My advice is to stay as far away from this law firm as possible!

I was in a rollover car accident in February 2020. This was the first car accident I'd ever been in. I was driving to lunch and was hit by a vehicle and my car was flipped three times and landed on the roof of my car. The other car was completely at fault. She was patient and knowledgeable. Within 2 months of signing our contract with her she had the whole case resolved and got us exactly what we deserved without any inconvenience on our part. I would recommend Amerio law firm to everyone I know that needs an attorney. Don't try to deal with the insurance companies by your self because they don't want to help you they want to help themselves.

I had no idea what to expect when I called at 8 in the morning the day after receiving a garnishment notice from my employer. I was very excited, because not only did someone answer the phone, but we were able to discuss my case over the phone right then and there. I can't express how relieved I am to have this behind me. Now I have no debt other than a student loan, and I am already on the way to rebuilding my life.
