Biography
Thank you for visiting my profile on Avvo! I have been a practicing attorney in the greater Sacramento area for nearly twenty years. I graduated law school in 1995 from McGeorge School of Law, part of University of the Pacific. I went into solo practice just a few months later in 1996.
I strive to provide each client with personalized, professional legal services provided at reasonable rates. I work closely my clients to create an intelligent strategy that will achieve their goals while working within their budget. I can be aggressive when appropriate and necessary but equally comfortable resolving matters peacefully through settlement channels. I am honest and strive to maintain timely communication and updates in every case.
I offer discounted rates on family law cases for low income clients. I also offer unbundled legal services (aka a la carte) at a reasonable cost for clients who are representing themselves but need limited assistance.
Please contact me for a confidential, low cost consultation. At the consultation you will meet directly with me at my office. We will review the history of your case, your goals and legal rights, court procedure, any trouble spots that jump out and I will try to answer any questions you have. Consultations are generally available in the afternoon or early evening. I will try to schedule around your work hours if possible. Telephone consultations are also available for long distance clients. The cost is $100 for up to an hour. There's no obligation or sales pressure.
