Jesse Ortiz isn't a good attorney I know know many people that have fired Him because he just doesn't care after you pay him I made the mistake of having him represent me in trial for a gun case this man left an ex police officer On my just also the wife of a different police officer On my ...jury 100% against my wishes I verbally said to him also a family member said we do not want them on my jury and all Mr Ortiz had to say is I like him Needless to say I was found guilty with the Ex police officer being the formen of my Jury this should never ever happen Jesse threw my case he just plain didn't Even try to win telling me he couldn't question The arresting officer to hard because the jury Laughed at his Joak and wouldn't like it If I question him hard Jesse should get the DA's MVP Award Don't make the same mistake I did Find an attorney that will fight for you And try to get found not guilty Or atleast get you a good deal This isn't the guy I promise you that The Public Defender would have done a Better job

Save your money look else where. I hired him for a restraining order case even though he said it was going to be difficult to get so payed him &he never showed up to court, he was sending different assistants to court on he's behave I didn't think nothing of it.. the other party didn't show up to cou...rt so the judge granted me the restraining order then I received a letter saying the restraining order is not granted anymore, Due to the other parties attorney not knowing that we had court& he's Attorney also stated that Jesse Ortiz was discipline or suspended while on my case?? It caught me off guard now I know why he never showed up! Due to that restraining order being really important for me&my daughters was stressful& him requesting more money if I wanted to continue with the restraining order case after it was not granted anymore was devastating!! So I lost hope but as soon as the other party was released from jail i didn't have money to pay an attorney so I did the self help restraining order orientation!! My restraining order was granted I did that all by myself showed my prove& all with the other party being there the judge still granted me 5 years said there's plenty of prove!! To think I paid him 500 for nothing!!
