I enlisted the help of Steve Spiegelman to obtain an early probation termination and complete expungement for my boyfriend Dave. While the outcome of any case is up to the discretion of the Judge and the interpretation of the law, Steve was upfront, accessible and professional. Anyone is STUPID to walk in to the court room with out a lawyer, and anyone is STUPID to walk in to a court room with just any phone book lawyer! Mr. Spiegelman was very helpful in handling my case(s). His experience with the court structure and local politics really shows in action....worth every ce...nt... I also find him to be a honest man, and a "stand up" guy. If you're honest with him he will level with you. Something I didn't find with other lawyers.
