So..... I just moved to Northern California from the Beautiful beaches of Florida. Much to my dismay you definitely need to be much more careful here about what you do. So of course i get my very first DUI. Not really sure where to go i looked online to find a lawyer to help. I went down and talked t...o a few about my situation. Not really impressed. Then one day at work Steve came in to buy some glasses from me and we started chatting about my situation. Right there on the spot he gave me some advice and ideas. Never pitched his services once which surprised me. I went home and looked him up on the internet. Based on my interaction with him and his reviews online i called him the next day. Since this is my first time dealing with this i asked a ton of questions when i went down to his office. He sat there and put my mind at ease that this isn't the end of the world and that he will fight hard for me and fight he has. I'm a General Manager and don't have a lot of time to break away from my job throughout the week. Having Steve has been a savior for me. The entire time himself and Mike who is his right hand have always kept me in the loop as to what is going on, what to expect, and what i can do to help. I coming from a retail customer service profession myself and its really refreshing to see that kind of service. To make my story worse i didn't learn my lesson the first time. I had to show up one morning and inform them that i had received a second DUI within a month. I felt really down on myself and stupid for not learning from my mistakes. They really helped me understand the new fight that was to come and once again i have been thrilled. Being how we are fighting two DUI's i am a little more than strapped for cash. They never once pushed me aside due to funds. They kept fighting while i worked out means of payment which was a huge load off my back and stress reliever. Outside of being a client i also received a call just to see how i was handling things and to make sure that my spirits were still high.. That meant a ton to me. After that i really felt like a friend to the firm more that just another client. My cases are still pending and i am still in high spirits that I will walk away on top. Regardless the outcome, I fell that I made the best choice possible and will always use Steve and his Law Firm for any legal matters that come my way in the future.
