About Me
As the founder of Wine Country Family Law, P.C. I understand first-hand the emotional, physical, and financial toll a family law case can take. In 2008, I founded my firm during one of the most difficult periods of my life, my own divorce. At that time, I was a newly single mom, fresh out of law school with two young boys, starting a business amid the Great Recession.
This personal experience shaped the compassionate, client-focused approach I take with every case. Through my journey, I developed a deep appreciation for the challenges individuals face during family law matters—especially divorce, child custody, and child support cases. I’m committed to helping clients navigate their own challenges with the empathy and professionalism they deserve.
Our offices proudly serve Sonoma and Mendocino County, with family law offices in Santa Rosa, Ukiah, & Petaluma, California.

on top of her game
just finished a contested divorce, my chapter 7 was complicated. Lindsay was through and complete. Her guidance and attention to completing every detail was apparent at the debtor's (341) meeting. Other debtors represented by other attorney's many of them had incomplete files and had to be resched...

Great Attorney!
Lindsay really saved me! She was able to do a "cram down" on my truck loan with my Chapter 13 BK. My intrest rate was at 19% she managed to get it down to about 4% and my payment was cut in half! She was very professional, kind and unintimidating. I have recommended her several times.
