Complete waste of time and money

Morna and Tina . . . To make a long story short, I do not recommend their services. I hired Morna to help me with a Child Support agreement. At first they did appear to take my case seriously and presented a potential really good outcome in my favor. Soon after, they reneged and stated I had lit...tle chance to win a favorable judgement. In the end, my support increased, nothing ended up in my favor. I paid nearly $10k for Morna and Tina to do basic calculations, send a few emails and fill out a few forms. Hard lesson learned here.

You are in exceptional hands with Morna!

Morna has handled my niece's difficult custody case. She is professional, well prepared, straightforward, and tough in the best way possible. Morna has your back, as does her paralegal, Tina. They provide a very personal service, which is critical in emotional cases like ours. I witnessed, first h...and, the way Morna ensured the many changing judges, commissioners, and mediators understood the case and always pushed for the children's best interest. She also handled the drug addict, abusive, father superbly. I highly recommend Morna for your needs. I will always be grateful that my niece had Morna and Tina on her side.

Best family law attorney I’ve had

I’ll start by saying I have had two other previous attorneys represent me on my family law case and Morna, attorney and Tina, paralegal have been the most caring and professional ones I’ve had. They remember details about my case and have represented me in a way that out me at ease even when I felt o...verwhelmed. They have done more for my case and fought for my case harder than any other attorney I have had. In the past I’ve worked with attorneys that forgot important details about my case. Morna and Tina have brought up things I’ve discussed with them months ago which shows they listen and read everything. I will not work with another attorney office for family law. I confide in them and trust them with my family matters. What they have done for my family was bring justice and peace in situations when I felt defeated and weak. I was scared and tired before working with them and now I have confidence and hope that things will continue to work out for the good even with an ongoing review case. Thank you Morna and Tina for being good at what you do and for caring about the best interest of children.

Morna Challoner is a trustworthy, kind, genuine, understanding individual able to help you get through this difficult situation.

I want to start by saying that if you need to find a lawyer, I'm sorry for your situation. I never thought I would need a lawyer. I told myself I just wouldn't put myself in that situation. However, shortly after the birth of my baby, I found myself in the place of desperately needing to find a lawy...er. The journey of a divorce and a custody battle has, by far, been the most difficult thing I have ever gone through in my life. Morna Challoner was recommended to me by a family friend. When I met Morna for the first time, I told her what was going on in my life and she immediately outlined for me how she would proceed and what her plan would be if I decided to use her services. Instantly I was relieved and the frightening and confusing cloud of pressure felt not so heavy over me. I had been overwhelmed by all the paperwork and information – not knowing where to start. When I knew that Morna would take care of all that, I was able to focus completely on my newborn baby and just getting through one day at a time. I chose to use Morna Challoner as my lawyer because she was recommended by a friend and I connected with her easily when I first met her. Over time, she has proven to be professional and kind. She never promised me anything or told me what I wanted to hear, she simply told me the truth of my situation and what she has seen in her experience. Throughout all of the processes and procedures that have come along with court, I found that Morna has a great reputation in the court system. Others in the field respect her. Morna is the first person I update on any of life's challenges or changes. Her consistency has helped me to focus on the bigger picture and move forward past this horrible experience. I believe this to be true because she never promoted false expectations and helped me realize how it is good for me to find and start a new life and focus on giving my child the best life despite the challenges we face. Financially, the decision to engage an attorney may be an expensive one and may seem like an unnecessary investment at first thought. In retrospect, the money that I have paid Morna has been well worth it. As I look back on my relationship with Morna as my attorney, I wouldn't change one thing. I feel that my money has been well spent and I don't wish back one dime. My child is the most important thing in my life and I want to give my child the best life that I can. Since my experience is so limited in this extremely sensitive situation (divorce and custody arrangements), I just tread lightly and let the expert do her job in advising me on my journey. I would highly recommend Morna Challoner for anyone who needs a family law lawyer.

Caring and Very Helpful

Morna helped me immensely with an emergency order for custody of my kids. She gave me great advice and helped me throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable in her field, very friendly and easy to talk to. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful, making the process seemingly e...asy. I would highly recommend her.
