NEVER EVER USE THIS GARBAGE ATTORNEY. It's taken me 6 years to write this review. I have been so destroyed by this attorney and how he's effected my life. He took my cps case when he wasn't even qualified to work cps cases. We were doing payments and instead of asking me for his next payment, he j...ust simply stopped taking my calls, didn't show up to the meeting with cps which was suppose to negotiate whether my daughter could come home or get more visitation or possibly extend my services for 6 more months. That meeting was so important. I called him SOOOO MANY TIMES never got an answer or a call back. I waited outside for him for 30 min and cps and the county was just wondering where my lawyer was. I was soooo embarrassed. Not only did he not show up for the meeting he also didn't tell me I had a court date coming up for final determination of what the cps would do with my daughter. He didn't go to that court date and neither did I go as well because he carelessly didn't notify me!!!. Next thing I hear is that my parental rights were terminated!!!! And there would be only two more visits with my daughter! All because my attorney didn't notify me of my court dates and show up when he was supposed to. I get people need to be paid but at least give me the chance to pay you before you ruin someone life. Communicate a schedule. This was never discussed. Never brought up after the initial 2 payment. I hired another attorney. She called him to come to the next court date and he was definitely in trouble with the court for his unethical behavior! My new attorney says I could of filed a complaint against him and have him disbarred. An attorney is NEVER supposed to just not show up for the court date without filing the proper paperwork/etc. Because of what he did I never got my child back. Had he not done what he had done there may have still been a chance. I will have to live with what he did for the rest of my life. Please go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I’ve had a completely different experience with Kent. 15 months ago I hired him and paid in full. I was bounced between him and his son In law, Orlando for months. I complained and Kent agreed I was not serviced correctly. But here I am... with nothing to show for the time or money I’ve invested. ...At least 3 times Kent went completely dark and I had to ask Kent if he was still working my case. Every time he said he understood my frustration and promised to finish but here I am, 15 months later and I can’t even get the guy to respond. 2 weeks ago he happened to answer my call. He was apologetic and again said he’d finish it right away but... nothing! After hearing that several times I have no reason to believe he is sincere. He really should be embarrassed. I would not recommend Kent Bulloch’s professional services to anyone.

Took my money, wasted my time, zero results and back at square one. Kent put the work load on his underqualified paralegal Susan. She messed up a form which cost me a month. Then she messed up the revision of the form despite the court pointing out what it needed, which will cost me two months. I've... moved on to another lawyer, they saw the mistakes right away.
