Last 4 court hearings, I've watched him go around to all the other white people waiting and speak to them but not a word to anyone that looks otherwise. This attorney will let the DA do whatever she wants to y...ou without a single rebuttal. Good luck to anyone in Tuolumne County that isn't totally pasty pale white.

At my preliminary hearing, my attorney got the felony dismissed. He told the Judge how the preliminary hearing is used to weed out cases that don’t merit being a felony. The Judge tossed my felony charge, it was awesome!!!! This guy was great and was ready for the hearing. I could tell he had done... this before

Five minutes before my trial, He says to me "I'm going to take it easy on this cop". Which he did, refusing to ask the questions I was telling him to ask the cop. I was convicted. He didn't do anything to protect me in my case. He let the DA walk all over me. He didn't fight to have my testimony give...n to the jury. If you speak out against the Calaveras government and when they come after you, do not hire this man, he will capitulate to the DA's every desire. His partner Mumbles wasn't any better.
