Only if you're white

Current on-going case. And BTW, this is a public defender. This attorney wont even respond. Last 4 court hearings, I've watched him go around to all the other white people waiting and speak to them but not a word to anyone that looks otherwise. This attorney will let the DA do whatever she wants to y...ou without a single rebuttal. Good luck to anyone in Tuolumne County that isn't totally pasty pale white.
