Got Felony dismissed
At my preliminary hearing, my attorney got the felony dismissed. He told the Judge how the preliminary hearing is used to weed out cases that don’t merit being a felony. Got my plea overturned
I got talked into a plea deal. Afterwords I realized I made a mistake. He filed a motion to have my plea withdrawn so I could take my case to trial. He layer out his case in Court and the Judge agreed.

Victim of poor Lawyering
Five minutes before my trial, He says to me "I'm going to take it easy on this cop". Which he did, refusing to ask the questions I was telling him to ask the cop. I was convicted. Top notch
My attorney was awesome. He got the lady district attorney to reduce the charge. Plus if I do a program the entire case will be dismissed. This will keep it off my record which is what I really wanted. He really knew the law. I am so happy.
