We hired Greg to help us with the process of selling our home. His knowledge was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions, replied to emails and texts pretty much immediately, and often times removed the need for us to even ask questions because he woul...d thoroughly explain to us ahead of time what would be happening next. Before beginning the process, I was a little worried hiring somebody that lived in another town, but it was not an issue at all, and I don't think could have gone any smoother/easier if he was local to us. We are so glad that we found Greg and chose him to be our Real Estate Attorney, we saved a lot of money not hiring a realtor, and having Greg for the technical side of things (basically everything except showings). I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone!

He was available via email and phone outside of regular business hours- which we tried not to take advantage of! He responded quickly to emails and phone calls. He helped us to script emails to the sellers (our landlords) especially through sticky points in the transaction. Overall I cannot recommend Greg enough! I honestly cannot think of one area of improvement. I have already recommended Greg to a friend who is looking to sell their property and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a down-to-earth, experienced attorney who offers great service at an extremely reasonable price.
