We hired Greg to represent us as buyers of a real estate purchase directly with the seller. We initially were looking for someone that will guide us through contracting and the numerous tule sensitive tasks around a successful closing. He did just that, and much more; Greg quickly turned into a trust...ed advisor that showed to prioritize our interests at all times. He always had a suggestion on next steps and open to brainstorm throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with Greg again.

Myself, sister and brother were the trustees of our parents trust. We were needing a real estate lawyer for help selling the house by ourselves. Gregory Glaser was the lawyer my brother chose. My brother reported that he answered all questions and and gave more suggestions. Along with that a complete... folder of all forms needed for all transactions. Also texting each of us to notify him any time we had any questions because he available to us. He was true to his words and boy did we need him. We had two liens against the property and a property line dispute that was recorded incorrectly. He had wisdom and knowledge to give us on all matters and walked us through each of them. We felt in good hands. I would highly recommend him.

We hired Greg to help us with the process of selling our home. His knowledge was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions, replied to emails and texts pretty much immediately, and often times removed the need for us to even ask questions because he woul...d thoroughly explain to us ahead of time what would be happening next. Before beginning the process, I was a little worried hiring somebody that lived in another town, but it was not an issue at all, and I don't think could have gone any smoother/easier if he was local to us. We are so glad that we found Greg and chose him to be our Real Estate Attorney, we saved a lot of money not hiring a realtor, and having Greg for the technical side of things (basically everything except showings).
