I received a call from a local police detective informing me that I was the principal subject of a criminal investigation and that I needed to come to the police station for an interview. I was also told that this interview was NOT optional and that he would come and find me if I did not to show up, ...I’m sure you can predict my response; WTF! The nerve racking interview began and ended. With Mr. Tibbedeauxs experience and knowledge of the law the detective decided not to proceed with any criminal charges.
