OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

Client was pulled over while driving fathers car for a defective Liceness plate Lite. Officer smells marijuana and asks to search the car. The client agrees, after not find any marijuana, the officer ... finds a tire Iron in the front part of the Car and arrests him for Felony possession of a deadly weapon, he is taken to the station where he gets cheeky with the officers, and they rough him up. The DA only charges resisting arrest.
