I received a call from a local police detective informing me that I was the principal subject of a criminal investigation and that I needed to come to the police station for an interview. I was also told that this interview was NOT optional and that he would come and find me if I did not to show up, I’m sure you can predict my response; WTF! After completely freaking out for about twenty minutes and some good advice from a friend I called Mr. Tibbedeauxs office for advice. My first contact was with his office manager Becky, Who did a fantastic job at calming me down, and may I add that was not an easy job. I was told to go straight to their office where I could speak to Mr. Tibbedeaux. upon arrival I was greeted with a smiling office manager and an eager attorney .We spoke for a while about the case and the prudent information surrounding my situation, he made the necessary phone calls to our detective friend and told my what to expect at and after the interview. The nerve racking interview began and ended. With Mr. Tibbedeauxs experience and knowledge of the law the detective decided not to proceed with any criminal charges.

Didn't feel like my case was important. I was full of concerns and questions and still after the case was filed had concerns and questions. Calls weren't not answered just a hard time to get of hold of them. I would just get the run-around. Would not recommend.

Scott Tibbedeaux represented me in two cases. One was a driving offense and one was a family law/CPS case. In both cases, Scott always made me feel that he would do whatever it took to get me through it. He is not only knowledgeable & trustworthy, but also kind & compassionate. As someone who was wrongly accused, it made a real difference to have someone on my side who saw the truth and was willing to prove my innocence. There have been times that I didn't think I could go on, but Scott was there to pick me up, dust me off, and keep me going. He's not just my lawyer -- he's my friend.
