I prefer the help parents work out a parenting schedule that is of benefit for the child rather than the parents but if the parents can't reach a decision as to what is best for their children, I guide my clients through emergency screenings, mediation, evaluation, settlement conference and, if necessary, through trial.

I represent parents in the family and child support courts. Basic child support and the additonal child support of child care and other expenses parents incur for education and travel are the issues usually litigated between parents before the divorce and often times several times after the divorce if there is a significant change of circumstances. I'm familiar with it all.

I handled all kinds of adoptions and defended them successfully, including achieving the termination of parental rights for parents who have abandoned their children and I have reprsented foster-parents who have adopted.

I handle all aspects of divorce and separation from start to finish, whether contested or uncontested. I offer special, fixed rates for uncontested cases that involve no court appearances.
