also known as PBR LEGAL
PBR LEGAL was founded by Phillip B. Rose. His personal philosophy in handling cases is to work outside the courtroom to reach favorable settlements where possible, through negotiation. In some circumstances, it may require aggressive pursuit of the best legal strategies and tactics if agreement between the parties cannot be reached.
Mr. Rose has a winning record in the courtroom after successfully arguing scores of trials. You can feel confident that Mr. Rose will use his expert research and drafting skills, in addition to his professional court room demeanor, to prepare and present sound legal arguments, based upon the specific facts of your case, and will skillfully and zealously advocate on your behalf.
Phillip B. Rose is registered to practice law in the California State Courts and in the United States District Court, Northern District of California Bankruptcy Court as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Mr. Rose is actively involved in the Silicon Valley legal community beyond working as an attorney. He is on Faculty at Lincoln Law School of San Jose, and is currently the teachers assistant in the Landlord/Tenant class. In addition Mr. Rose participates as an attorney mentor for youth participating in the San Jose Peer Court program and is a Senior fellow of the Smith Renaissance Society .

"I have known Phillip Rose for over five years and he is both brilliant and genuine. He is the type of person that you can call and he will help, no matter the time or place. He is a natural orator and leader. He is very quick minded and willing to advocate for what he believes is right. I forward all my clients with Landlord/Tenant issues directly to PBR Legal, as his firm is efficient and effective. Phil's best attribute is his ability to win cases in court, he is absolutely effective. He is very experienced and knows how to handle obscure landlord/tenant issues. All his staff are intelligent and experienced as well. I highly recommend Phillip Rose and PBR Legal if you have Landlord/Tenant and Personal Injury issues. He is a stand out attorney."
"I highly endorse Mr. Rose and hold him in the highest regard for professionalism. He cares about the needs of his clients and goes far beyond the minimum standards to make sure his clients are well represented. We have worked together on a few matters and he is a great resource for landlord/tenant relations. Mr. Rose is easy to work with and is a great advocate."
"I have known Mr. Rose professionally and personally for a number of years. He is both a person and a lawyer I hold in the highest regard. He cares for his clients, he zealously fights for their rights, and he achieves results."
"Phillip Rose is an excellent landlord-tenant/eviction attorney. I've referred him several clients -- they've all been very happy with his work."
