Mr. Ahluwalia is the founder and managing attorney of The Ahluwalia Firm. He has received his  undergraduate degree at Punjab University, Chandigarh, India  (B.A. 1997), Law Degree (LL.B. 2000) at GNDU, Facility of Law, Amritsar, India and Masters of Laws (Transnational Business Practice) (LL.M. 2008) from Mc George School of Law, Sacramento, California. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA); the South Asian Bar Association (SABA); the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA); and the American Bar Association (ABA).


Mr. Ahluwalia is an immigrant to the U.S. Since emigrating to the United States, Mr. Ahluwalia has focused exclusively on Immigration and Nationality Law, working in immigration law firm. He has successfully advised many foreign nationals, human resources personnel, executives, managers and professionals at multinational corporations on a variety of business applications/ petitions such as H-1B, L-1A/ L-1B, TN, E-2, E-3 etc. and family immigration related issues. Mr. Ahluwalia has represented foreign nationals in all matters before the Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals. He is licensed to practice law by the the State Bar of Tennessee and thus is licesed to practice federal immigration law.  


Mr. Ahluwalia assist clients from all over the world and provide insightful solutions to their immigration issues. Every client, whether an individual or corporation, is very important to him and he strive to give personalized attention to each of them. He does understand the complexities of immigration laws and its profound impact on an individual's life.
