I was referred to Inderjit by a friend of mine after my first immigration attorney’s advice was so bad, it lead to a 13 month needless delay in my wife being able to enter the United States. My first attorney was even certified as an “immigration law specialist”. Immigration law is an extremely tec...hnical field where mistakes, albeit great or small, will lead to delays in your case. I did learn this the hard way prior to being referred to Inderjit. Inderjit is exactly what you want in an immigration attorney: technically oriented, very much focused on the attention to details and dedicated in looking out for his clients. He is not flashy is his approach nor will he tell you what you want to hear. He will tell you how it is and what is needed to navigate the immigration system. The paperwork required by immigration is mind numbingly redundant and does get frustrating with the redundancy in which it needs to be submitted. Inderjit will ensure you provide ALL of the relevant information to him to ensure he can get it right the first time. Again, he did not invent the system he just know how to 1) navigate it in your best interest and 2) is a complete bulldog about the details. I highly recommend Inderjit if you need an immigration attorney.

I was extremely impressed by Mr. Ahluwalia's representation. He was very competent and knowledgeable about every detail of the immigration process, and communicated and prepared us for everything we needed to know. He was also willing to put it a great deal of extra time into our case to make sure we... were as prepared as possible for every potential scenario. His attention to detail was astounding; he found a slight timeline discrepancy in one document of our case file that consisted of hundreds of pages, showing that he carefully read through every single document. In addition, he met with us several times for several hours apiece to thoroughly prepare us for the interview, until he was certain that my wife and I were prepared for every question we could be asked. Communication was excellent, as we received prompt phone calls and email reminders about every deadline that needed to be met.
