Dmitry Stadlin

Dmitry was an absolute God-send. He noticed me having a difficult time navigating the biased and unforgiving process of the court and stepped in. To me, my case was very simple: I was accused of not having a license when I actually did. Never received anything in the mail to appear in court and s...howed up on the date on the ticket and was told it hadn't been filed. Ticket was stamped and I was sent on my way being told that IF it was ever filed, I would receive a notice to appear. Flash forward over a year later and on a background check for a high paying job it was discovered a warrant was issued almost a year previous for failure to appear. I immediately got another court date and showed up with license and proof that I showed to court over a year ago. The Court was so obtuse! Refused to accept my license and stamped ticket from the Court, and they could not provide a proof of mailing. When the judge told them she could call a recess to look up the info to show I had a license on the day in question, the DA said she was too busy and I would need to come back in a few weeks. I instructed the Court I had just started this new job and couldn't risk missing more time. The judge said I could plead guilty instead and not have to come back. I refused to do this as I am innocent and worked very hard to keep a clean record. This is where Dmitry stepped in! He pulled me outside briefly and said he recognized what was going on and had compassion for me. He said he was willing to represent me at what should be one more court appearance FOR FREE! A few weeks later he mailed a copy of the minute order that the case was DISMISSED. This guy is truly one of God's appointed people. Thank you and God Bless you.
