My testosterone injecting, body building son beat me for no reason that I can discern, and when my philandering wife kicked me twice while I lay in a pool of blood. These people, whom I've given so much of my life to, found it fun to take my blood and feed it to my dogs. In two words, "The BEST." ... People perjure themselves. And in some cases, they suborn perjury. I had two broken separated ribs that will never heal, a hematoma under my rib cage next to my lungs, a severe concusion from six blows to the head, 3 on one side, and for good measure, 3 on the other side, as my disgusting son wound up with all my power as he pinnned me to the ground and choked me with a half nelson. His actions have left me with brain damage to this day (for the first 3 months, I would fall over 2 - 3 times a week). These people left, as I aimlessly wandered around the road inensate for 25 minutes. I have no memories from perhaps 45 seconds after this brutality until two and a half hours later in a reconstructed timeline. I was in court when I learned for the first time my state after the beating. The DA would not prosecute. And he was right to not prosecute. My son lied to the court. I saw him the next day and he told me that my wife, and his girlfriend, all present, would tell the court what he wanted them to, and so they did. Fortunately, he overestimated his ability to reconstruct events in a plausible story given the forensic evidence, and Dmitry destroyed his testimony. The judge returned, and Dmitry prevailed. Dmitry knows his stuff. He's a compassionate and patient man. He understands. He is just going to get better and better, having already achieved the ability to manage the strange court system that has become our justice system. Dmitry knows his stuff, and he interacts with the court in a fine way. He knows how to coach you for testimony, so you feel comfortable. Watching opposing counsel, and my son's disgusting efforts to be "reasonable," as he lied., was disgusting to me. Always, Dmitry kept the discourse one level above, as even opposing counsel used deceptive tricks in an attempt to have me affirm statements I never made. Dmitry did not have to do that, and I don't think it was lost on the judge.

I consulted with Mr. Stadlin regarding a Temporary Restraining Order filed against me. It took a couple phone calls and an email before Mr. Stadlin replied. He then requested that I send him the documentation which I did yet I did not receive a reply. I sent him several emails and contacted his of...fice and left a message with the office assistant who said he would reply as soon as he returned to the office. I never received a reply so I ended up attending court myself and requested a continuance. I was successful in finding another attorney to represent me who is very prompt and punctual.
