Finally Divorced!

After almost two years of child customer battles and trying to get divorced I finally hired David! I should have done it two years prior. Once I moved my divorce case over to David it was quick, painless and didn't cost me as much as I thought it would. David was very supportive of my family and... negotiated a very fair deal with my Ex. Never had to go to trail because of it.

Two state case

Living in MN we had no guidance in choosing a CA lawyer & David was our ‘miracle’ that we needed for our case. We had two states to work with (MN & CA) to bring into an agreement over custody of a child less than six months. We had a complicated case that required knowledge & touch. David did a great... job giving guidance with authority while at the same time having compassion. I truly believe that he cared about us & our case. He was proactive in his ability to bring the case to a positive ending faster than we thought possible giving both parties their ‘wants’. It was a surprise to me that he was kinder, had more compassion & had more patience than the MN lawyers (so much for MN nice!). He truly calmed our fears & nerves to help us get through an emotionally exhausting process. I would highly recommend David. I believe that he CARES & that gives his clients the strength to bear the emotional process. Thank you David!

Simply Amazing

David is simply amazing. He is currently working with me on finalizing my divorce and all custody issues. He is very personable, easy to talk to and always, ALWAYS, prompt at getting back to me whenever there is an issue. He has looked out for my best interest throughout this entire process. ...He understands the issues and is a master at the art of negotiation to get things done. Honestly, there are no real winners in a divorce, especially when there are children involved, but David had worked hard to get what was best and fair for my children and I. I highly recommend David!

Great choice, He is a life saver

I had been through court a few times with my case before I got David and was getting the run around by the court and then when I walked in with David I got what I wanted with no troubles. He was there to listen to my issue and got right on with making sure he had everything he needed to make sure I h...ad the best chance possible. He is very nice and seems to really care about the person. I couldn't have done it without him. I will hire David everytime I need a lawyer from now on. He help me get my son out of a dangerous situation and I will always be grateful for it.

Excellent!

The Luca Law firm is excellent!! I would use them anytime. They are all very professional, knowledgeable, and to the point. They took extensive time to do research and prepare for our custody court case. I would highly recommend them!
