My case got dismissed because he would not return my calls to discuss what I should do and what my options were. I called every day for ONE MONTH and still he did not call me. The trustee even tried to call him but got no response Case was dismissed -- there was no way to stop it since he failed to t...ake any action. I have already printed out forms to file a complaint with the Cal Bar Association and am filling them out today to send in. Not happy, I had to switch attorneys because this guy doesn't return calls, doesn't use email and just a horrible bed side manner. All quantity, no quality. He supposedly does 40% of all bankruptcies in Santa Clara county but I had fallen behind in payments to the trustee and he never cared enough to... let me know how serious the situation was. He is also more expensive on average.
