I had an extremely difficult time with my Bankruptcy because my ex- was trying to play dirty and frame me with the goal of getting my house even though it was in my name as sole property. David ensured that I made a complete filing which later stood up in Divorce court; and, thanks to David's preparation and attention to detail, helped me win my Property Settlement in my Divorce. Due to the economic turndown in 2008 and my unscrupulous employer, I lost my employment and found myself in a situation where I had to file bankruptcy.
