I had an extremely difficult time with my Bankruptcy because my ex- was trying to play dirty and frame me with the goal of getting my house even though it was in my name as sole property. I had to declare Bankruptcy because he and his family fired me from the family business, never paid me for seve...ral months of back pay and then proceeded to attach me and my children. David ensured that I made a complete filing which later stood up in Divorce court; and, thanks to David's preparation and attention to detail, helped me win my Property Settlement in my Divorce. I have to apologize as this review is very late in posting because I was busy fighting for my Property (for 9 years).
