Got the relief I needed for a great price!
Needed to stop a foreclosure and was able to go in and get an emergency filed immediately to stop the foreclosure scheduled the next day. Chapter 13 Plan was confirmed and I was then able to get a modification while I was in the Chapter 13. Great support staff are very helpful. Thank you !!

He doesn't know how to answer a call.
I got in trouble with my BK13 because I call him tons of time to ask him a question. His staff was good for nothing. I'm feel bad I didn't put a complain at the Bar association. After thr first consultation you are not going to have any more contact with him. He's terrible.

ZERO follow up
Not happy, I had to switch attorneys because this guy doesn't return calls, doesn't use email and just a horrible bed side manner. All quantity, no quality. He supposedly does 40% of all bankruptcies in Santa Clara county but I had fallen behind in payments to the trustee and he never cared enough to...
