Biography
Charice Fischer is an experienced family law attorney and is Certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Family Law. She handles all aspects of divorce, including child custody, child support, spousal support, complex property division, domestic violence, and specialized issues, such as dividing a family business, and the tax implications of property division. She began working in Robert C. Redding’s family law practice in 2011 and strives to help clients achieve the best outcomes possible in these challenging cases.
Ms. Fischer has an extensive business, finance, and accounting background that facilitates her ability to analyze complex cases. She spent ten years working with over 70 investment companies specializing in real estate development and construction in six states. Her work gave her significant exposure to the practical aspects of business law, as she worked with attorneys to structure and manage these entities.
While attending law school, Ms. Fischer worked in multiple law offices and gained additional experience in civil and family law. She also served as a board member on the Santa Clara Law Review, the Part-Time Law Students’ Association, and the Women & Law organizations and won various academic and skills-based awards.
