Charice L. Fischer

It is not an understatement to say Charice Fischer is a life saver. My divorce was a challenge due to its complexities of erratic behavior from my ex-wife, including but not limited to defamation and extortion, battles over 50/50 child custody, hiring and firing of different attorneys representing m...y ex-wife, and financials. Charice was the constant through the turmoil. I have been engaged in a protracted divorce. My wife got cash and I got the house. My wife was attempting to draw me back into court every two months with the expressed purpose of forcing me to sell the house to defend myself in court. Halfway through the court battle, I left my attorney from ...a big-name law firm. Her fees had taken most of my retirement and would have required me to sell the house. Very soon after I hired Charice, she said that our case was not one for litigation, but one for therapy. This is not the kind of statement that a self-serving attorney would make. Indeed, I believe many attorneys would not make such a statement even if they believed it. I do not know how Charice did it, but the judge reached the same conclusion and told my wife not to come back to court except in some reasonably confining circumstances. During that hiatus, Charice and the therapist who she helped to have appointed in our case, handled untolded issues well. As soon as the previous judge left the family court, my wife restarted her litigative assault. She asked for everything, and I suspect thought she would get it. As a result of my wife's bad conduct the only things she got was a loss of all custody and of her attorney. This would not have happened without Carices' able legal counsel. She has never been "mauled" by another attorney who gets the judge to follow his logic, as my previous attorney had been. Charice and her staff are careful with my funds and considerate with her financial terms. When I left my previous attorney (from a big-name law firm) she said of Charice, "She's not as good an attorney as I am." The course of events strongly disputes her claim. Charice has successfully taken the initiative with the court in many matters. She has caused the court to bring people of great insight into our case and who have helped our children. She communicates to the court what is important and why it is important, often by depending on the experts she helped to put in place. I am very fortunate to have Charice as my attorney.

I would highly recommend Ms. Fischer based on her knowledge, efficiency and thoroughness. My divorce was one in which both parties were agreeable and we just needed someone to efficiently help us meet all of the filing requirements and navigate the court system. She and her team were very responsiv...e and explained our options in terms we could understand. We could not have asked for a smoother process.
