We just most recently concluded an aggravated DUI settlement case with Atty Farsad as our counsel. Plus, his fee was very modest I would say being 1/3 of the average retaining fee from competing DUI case counsel; which I would consider the best value in consideration of the particularly clear cut defense and mitigating package that he prepared and which won the sweet deal in our favor before the District Attorney . In 2009 my wife and I received word that our mortgage had been sold to another bank. We were not concerned until we received a foreclosure notice on our front door. We had been making our mortgage payments on time since the transfer of our mortgage yet the bank said we were in the rears by about $17,...000. I took time off work to figure out what was going on. This was the beginning of an eleven year nightmare.
