Anne Jones Kepner

I enjoy being an attorney and helping people and families in need.  I began my legal career 19 years ago as an associate in a small plaintiffs' firm that handled a varierty of personal injury cases, including the representation of many women who were sick from the effects of breast implants.  In 1998, I became and associate at a larger firm in San Jose and began my work as an insurance defense attorney defending against personal injury cases.  I was responsible for hundreds of files and tried many cases to verdict.  It was great training and made me a better lawyer.  In 2001, I was given the opportunity to leave the larger firm to start a new firm with a few attorneys who had served as my mentors, I was honored.  I returned to representing persons who have been injured in accidents, or their heirs.  My work is rewarding.

In recent years, I have begun teaching at a local law schoool and also continuing education courses to attorneys throughout Calfornia.
