Biography
I have been an attorney in Santa Clara County for more than 20 years. During that time I have been a general practice attorney focusing primarily on criminal defense and personal injury cases. Over the years, I have become familiar with the courts in Santa Clara County and I have a good working relationship with the judges and their staffs.
I handle all of my cases personally. My staff consists of an office manager and her assistant. They are both very experienced and do an excellent job of handling the day-to-day necessities of keeping the office running, leaving me free to focus on your case. I will never hand your case over to another less-experienced attorney to deal with. The only time another attorney will be working on your case is if I am unavailable, for instance in trial, and then only to stand in for me in court long enough to ask for a short continuance so that I can be there for you.
