Walter Hammon's strengths are dictating letters, stalling cases and block billing. When he does focus on a case - he can get resolution - but he understands it's more lucrative to dictate letters and run up the bills without resolution - allowing him to continue billing his multiple clients for many... more months. His secretary / admin / paraleagal / Gatekeeper and agent-of-service is also great at stalling saying "the boss isn't available", "I'll send you a letter later when I get around to typing his dictation", "please send more money". If you hire Mr. Hammon you should be aware of his history of suing his former clients [I have no doubt every one of these suits is legally proper and in accordance with State Bar ethics rules and any other applicable statutes]. This man screwed over my mom in divorce court. He pressured my mom into selling our house, so then he could take the money from selling it. To pay him, my mom had to use my college money. I was Walter Hammon's client for way too long and still owe him money that I won't/can't pay. Walter's office would write me 4 to 5 letters a day, none of which I wanted written, and none of which Walter was aware of, and none of which came from him. All of the 500 plus letters I received from Walt...er Hammon's office were from Nicole, his secretary who loves to write in length and bill for what she writes. This attorney is not available to you, The Client, but you will see him in court constantly and he is hard to miss because of the numerous high school rings on his fingers, his huge red beard, and he is also very tall and very thin. Mr. Hammon is in court constantly and appears to have it all together. In reality, his staff is well trained to cover for his frequent absences and as his client, you never actually see his face because he keeps it well hidden by that huge red beard and mustache. When I was unable to pay him timely..., he retaliated by using my children's custody and visitation as ransom against me. He is all about the money and only about the money. If you pay him enough, he may satisfy but my teenagers are almost grown now and the cost of his continually created conflict in my divorce in order to generate revenue was not worth it and should not be worth it for anyone. My children now live with me 100% of the time by my own doing after firing Walter Hammon and are excelling in all aspects away from the conflict of the divorce created by Walter Hammon.
