Though the court (on the East Coast) ordered summer custodial time for me and child, my ex-spouse flew my son to California and petitioned to assert jurisdiction there. To compound the matter, a raft of child abuse and child neglect accusations were made to Child Protective Services (CPS), vict...im advocates, and the California court.
