The absolute best, unmatched in integrity and ability in my opinion.

Lisa Peck is more than an attorney, she became a fierce ally in my wrongful termination case that lasted 4+ years before ending in a 14 day trial that a jury found in my favor and awarded a substantial monetary award. She and my other attorney worked tirelessly to present my complex case to the court... and were actually complimented numerous times from the judge on how professionally and clearly the facts were presented, again in a very complex case. She was on point with everything trail/related and all aspects of this case. She very clearly is extremely expirienced in trials as well as the prep for them. On top of that she was able to sincerely address my sometimes extreme emotions that this case pulled out of me and soothed me with repeated aknowledgment of the injustice I had suffered, bringing me back to a focused determined point. In other words when she said she understood and told me we would get the TRUTH out, I believed her. In summation there are no other attorneys I would reccomend for civil rights and or employment law besides Lisa and my other great attorney Mr. Devin. They are sincere and will make your fight their fight. sincerely J.Mathews

Winning!

Peck Peterson is well deserving of its high rank as a top employment law legal firm. Throughout the matter, Lisa Peck was persistent and helped keep me on point to focus on only the most important details to not get sidetracked. When it came time for depositions and negotiations with the opposing p...arty, Lisa was very professional, yet a fierce negotiator and knew exactly the right questions to ask. Although we ended up settling out of court two years later, I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend the firm.

Employment Law

I retained Elizabeth (Lisa) Peck in early 2007. Shortly after my employer advised that I (a disabled veteran) would be displaced (out of state) by a returning USERRA veteran. The issue Lisa worked for the past 7+ years, was somewhat of a stand alone case, USERRA Law and ADA Law. Lisa was very knowl...edgable and quickly got up to speed with my case. When issues arose, she contacted me via phone or email and always kept me up to speed. Lisa was very trustworthy, always asked for the go ahead when work was about to be completed and i felt as thought everything was presented to me up front. She understood my situation and we made decisions together with my best interests in mind. Lisa is truly a diligent, honest and knowledgable attorney. Highly recommended!!

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
