also known as Carin Johnson
The majority of my practice is focused on juvenile law. I am very dedicated and compassionate about representing parent's rights in juvenile court. I am also a parent. When the system accuses a parent of abuse, it is an extremely serious accusation. Such an accusation must be handled with earnest, intelligence, and good advice. I have devoted a majority of my entire career on this area of law. Recently, I had a case reversed in the First District Court of Appeal by a unanimous decision. I wrote the appeal and presented oral argument to the court. The court was convinced. I believe in hard work and good client contact.

The way I met Carin was kind of serendipitous. I had served on a jury for a drunk driving case several years prior. We were pretty sure the defendant was guilty, but the defense attorney's case was so compelling, we could not follow through with a guilty verdict. I could not but remember his name. ...

I think I have stopped and started writing this review, about 500 times. Only because my words and feelings cannot express the amount of gratitude, love and respect, my family and I have for Carin. My court appointed lawyer recommended her, about 2 months into my case with CPS. Having my lawyer give ...

"I endorse this lawyer Carin Johnson because of her excellent quality and skill in law. I first became introduced in DUI law because of Carin Johnson. She taught me how to do DMV hearings to save people's driving privilege. From there I had learn a specialty in Criminal law. Carin was already doing criminal trials and moving into juvenile law where she has an excellent reputation. She is married with three (3) children of her own, and that is why she now fights so hard to give children a second chance. Yet, she still does adult criminal law, and does it well. She has not only been a mentor to me, but a leader in the community. Respected by the District Attorneys and Judges and fellow lawyers because of her excellent work. I cannot recommend Carin Johnson highly enough. If you are in her neighborhood and need criminal defense help, especially juvenile, don't hesitate. Hire her. Donald Drewry"
"I endorse this lawyer. The Juvenile Dependency System is fraught with abuse and pre-conceived notions that the people in the system know what is right for you and your family. If you are so unfortunate as to become embroiled in the Juvenile Dependency System are having to deal with CPS or DFCS you have to contact Carin at the earliest possible opportunity. Carin is a tireless worker and fearless in fighting the system. You cannot afford to go forward against the system without Carin Johnson fighting for you and your family. Carin is both feared and appreciated by those in the CPS system. It will take no more than one conversation with her to understand she is an elite attorney in this area of law."
