Biography
Katie McIver earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, Katie clerked at the Contra Costa County Public Defender’s Office and gained valuable experience arguing cases, writing motions, and working extensively with juveniles. She was also an active member of Santa Clara University’s Women in Law group, which is dedicated to raising awareness of legal and social issues affecting women.
Katie attended UC Merced and graduated with honors with degrees in both business management and psychology. Katie is admitted to practice in both state and federal court. Katie is a Bay Area native and enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family.
