First and foremost, this review is long over due. Life has a way of getting in the way lol. Not to go into too much detail because as we all know legal matters (the details of them) can be long and messy, but I just want to thank Mike Fitzsimmons for doing an outstanding job on my case. I'm grateful ...to have found an honest, fair, professional, attorney with integrity, a great wealth of knowledge and a wonderful personality. He communicated with me promptly and clearly and I can't say there was any aspect of working with him that he could improve upon. Mike is the kind of person you would be lucky to have in your corner be it personal or business related. If you're questioning whether to retain him for a matter that you are dealing with, I would 100% recommend him and tell you that I would absolutely use his services again (although I pray I never need to).

He was so nice throughout the whole process. I was very frustrated with my insurance having delayed paying my claim for 3 years and had never had to speak with a lawyer before, so I was anxious about the whole situation. Mike was very nice and helpful and kept me informed on everything throughout the... process. After hiring him, the whole process was smooth and quick. He even offered to drive me to the deposition if the other attorney wanted to have it at ther office in SF as I was afraid of driving for long distances after my accident.
