Biography
As an immigration attorney practicing in California for nearly 20 years, I have been dedicated to helping the immigrant community, and have successfully solved immigration problems for thousands of people needing immigration help. My long-time practice covers all immigration matters, including both family immigration, deportation and asylum, and business immigration.
I am a long time member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where I assumed leadership positions in the Santa Clara Valley Chapter. I have served as a liaison to the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the San Francisco Asylum office of the Department of Homeland Security.
Because my interest in immigration and international law is so strong, I possess not only a general law degree but a Master's in International Law from the prestigious Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. While obtaining my Master's in International Law, I interned with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Washington, D.C., the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. and COLEAD, a foreign affairs lobbying group in Washington, D.C. While at the U.S. State Department, I contributed to a draft brief to be submitted to the World Court on behalf of the United States Government.
All of my education and my positions cemented my desire to work in the immigration and international law field. I thouroughly enjoy helping people reach their immigration goals.
