we made an appointment for consultation but because of reasons beyond our control we got there 15 minutes late. Then she made us to wait for more than 50 minutes before she could see us. During the meeting, she gave us wrong information. She mentioned that a student on F1 visa can have dual intent wh...ich is obviously wrong. When I emailed her back regarding this, she emailed that someone in F2A can have a dual intent which is again completely wrong. Because of our case we had to follow up on more questions, but she refused to answer them and demanded another consultation fee ! When we asked to start our petition with her and how should we proceed, she replied back "thanks" and we never heard back from her again ! She basically left us hanging there waiting, despite the fact that in consultation session she had clearly said we could file with her !!!! We also found her careless and not responsible. For example she was blaming her typos on auto-correct !! Just be responsible and say sorry for my typo, not that it was an auto-correct !! Overall, our experience with her was horrible and I strongly recommend you choose another lawyer.
