Ms. Bentley helped me with a legal name change process. I found her on a list of attorneys covered by my legal insurance (ARAG) who were close to me and she responded to my original email inquiry quickly. We scheduled a phone appointment within a day or two, spoke about what I needed and then complet...ed all other communication via email. I’m sure she would’ve talked on the phone again but email worked for me. She was pleasant to work with and was clear about what she needed from me and about what she was doing throughout the process.
