Ms. Bentley helped me with a legal name change process. I found her on a list of attorneys covered by my legal insurance (ARAG) who were close to me and she responded to my original email inquiry quickly. We scheduled a phone appointment within a day or two, spoke about what I needed and then complet...ed all other communication via email. I’m sure she would’ve talked on the phone again but email worked for me. She was pleasant to work with and was clear about what she needed from me and about what she was doing throughout the process. I was referred to Jacklyn Bentley from the Bar Association. I was injured in a car accident. The defendant was 100% at fault. My car was totaled and my T11 injured. Geico refused to believe I was hurt. My first attorney filed the law suite because Geico would not settle. Unfortunately, he got i...ll and had to drop off. She was honest that her case load was such that she could not take the case but gave me several names to contact and encouraged me not to give up. She was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. All the other referrals said no and left it at that.
