Carl was reccomended through Modest means bar association, and he sounded quite competent upon initial consultation. I brought all the case documents to him and paid the retainer. After that a bad divorce/child custody case case I hieredCarl to help me with went from bad to worse. He lost my court p...aperwork, stating I never gave it to him. Then he said that the child support court date I requested was not on calendar, and most probably was never filed.....turns out I wasn't crazy, and there was a court appearance I, thanks to Carl missed. As a result, my x is now seeing me for his lawyers fees. Then Carl dissapeared, and I mean for almost 3 month and right before another court date.....which didn't happen due to start of Covid, but I had to ask my x to find out what is going on, since I thought Carl was sick with Covid and probably dying or dead...he wasn't. After 3 month of texting, calling, and emailing, to no avail, I reached out to Bar association that recommended this stellar professional, to see if he actually passed away, and how I could get my case documents and my retainer fee back. That's when Carl finally decided to answer my call. There is allot more, but all I will say is that other party filed motions, requesting documents I knew nothing about, as I moved, and Carl didn't bother notifying court of my address change, nor me about anything going on with the case. The one and only court appearance was done via phone, because he was in another state, attending family function, and he remained silent, not speaking up for me throughout the whole proceeding. When I asked what is going on, and showed my displeasure with what is going on, he said that he will not be able to proceed with my case....I think it was the best thing Carl has done for me. I have never encountered such incompetence, lack of professionalism, and outright disregard for the work he charges clients money for. I now have to pay allot of money to have another lawyer fix the mess Carl made out of my case in a short period of time. Carl doesn't deserve the one star. If you are considering hiring this "professional " because he is inexpensive compared to others, think again.....you are better off on your own.

I hired Carl Isaacson to help me as a consulting lawyer with my out-of-state divorce. He impressed me with his thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile to be sure I understood my options. It was clear that he was more concerned with helping me than with how much time he could bill me for. This lawyer is very Professional yet very practical & relatable.He offered me numerous strategic way's of approaching opposing parties, as well as explained some possible scenarios we could expect based off the timing & temperature of applying those particular approaches. This lawyer seemed to be emp...athetic and very knowledgeable with his sector of the law while also using revenant personal experiences. He was also very fair and through with explaining fee schedule and the hourly usage.I would definitely hire him again in future if need be.As well ask highly recommend him to future potential clients. Mr.Issacson succeeded in securing our goals in moving forward for both parties . We are well pleased.Best Regards-

Carl was very helpful in my divorce case, though he is new, his willingness to work my case with a strong work ethic and his ability to explain and get appointments with the court and get the divorce finalized was superb. That's what I came to him for, the first attorney didn't get the job done for m...e. But Carl did, his rates were great and didn't over charge me at all, actually gave me a great deal. He was on top my case the whole time, with good detail and I highly suggest Carl for your legal needs. He is Honest and Trustworthy.
