He's a good one
I received a citation for public intoxication and a secondary charge. At arraignment, I spoke with him briefly and he was able to swiftly work a deal with the prosecutor to offer me diversion for the secondary charge. With the diversion program, both charges are dismissed and I avoided 2 misdemeanors...
