Litigation: Recent successes include the plaintiff’s dismissal of a fraud and race/national origin discrimination case following the first day of a jury trial (Monterey County Superior Court, July 2007), and a defense verdict in an overtime claim following a three-day court trial (Santa Clara County Superior Court – trial October 2006; judgment December 2006; upheld on appeal April 2008).
