This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

Had him as a Public Defender in Santa Barbara

This is Eduardo Gallardo I had him as a PD in 2011 he is crooked lawyer works for the DA. I had to hire Michael Carty and he too confirmed, Poulos way in court is not civil and violates a lot of the constitutional laws. I had a wobbler case and never did I do anything I just wouldn't tell so I got an... accessory after the fact P.C. 32. I was 18 and he wanted me to get the full sentencing for me not committing a crime and since I was brought here at the age of 6 he tried to get me deported. I asked for my discover paperwork when I was incarcerated and he would deny it saying it was a safety concer these lawyer is to be avoided or hired. that is why he has always been a PD to convict people not help them even if nothing or a crime was committed I hope he reads these you are a filthy old crooked man how you enjoy yourself.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
