Biography
Minda B. Parrish is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, trust administration, and elder law.
She received her law degree from Santa Clara University in 1983. Minda is dedicated and committed to providing caring and compassionate services to her clients.
As an attorney, mother of two, and advocate for her clients, she helps families get their affairs in order in a way that gives them assurance that the assets that they spent their lives working to attain will be protected and preserved for themselves and their loved ones.
Minda is a member of the State Bar of California and the Estate and Trust Section of the State Bar. She is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, WealthCounsel and the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR).
Minda is a mother of three young adults and lives with her husband and family in Saratoga.
