I hired Lucy to fix a problem that I created for myself. It is hard to admit that is true. Lucy is so thorough , so intelligent , so kind and most of all so dedicated to making me feel safe. I can hold my head up high again because of the superb representation . I just want you to know Lucy , that unkind review looks fake from one of your jealous competitors that I had to sign my real name . Keep on Fighting Lucy ! People like me need you! Rachael A.

RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK....
Lucy is basically a pirate looking for criminals to extort during their hard times. After paying her very expensive retainer (She based her charge off my bail amount and not the charges them self..) She was VERY hard to get a hold of, I ended up having to communicate through email and I would always get a very vague statement in response. Almost never actually addressing my concerns. For claiming to have handled many criminal cases of similar fashion she had a very primitive way of looking at things. She was referencing things of how the court would react as if it were the 60s, of course the court never reacted in that manner and were more on the line of how I thought they would react, in a more modern way.
When it comes time for court appearances she will just say she is busy that day 5 min before the court appearance and say her assistant is coming to represent you. I hired you to defend me not your assistant, and if it came down to it and your assistant made a mistake in court, I would be affected not her or her firm.
When asking her what she thought the outcome would be all she has to say was "I dont want to scare you." Im a grown man and when it comes to the courts if you are going to jail you will need to do whatever you can to accommodate that time inside making sure your financials and family are going to be ok. Mrs.Mcallister saying that statement and not being upfront about it is what scared me, who knows what she has planned for me because I sure didn't.
So for the rest of my lengthy court proceedings I was left in the dark not really knowing what the outcome would be, I was basically preparing to go to jail. Fortunately the DA offered a deal with no jail time and all she could say was "I'm surprised by this deal, its a good deal" and that to me means she was ready to accept a deal with me going to jail and not even fight for a better deal and after talking with many others charged with the same crime they all had offers with no jail time and that was with a Public Defender.
So basically she did nothing to defend my case, no pre-trial motions, nothing except for waiting for an offer from the DA, and its up to the DA to decide what deal is fair, which I am kind of glad of because if she had to come up with a deal I certainly would have had to serve time in jail.
Word of Advice Mrs.Mcallister, Stick to Family Law and Licensing.
We are putting the outcome of our freedom in your hands and you act in careless fashion just looking to make a quick buck off people who are already in a trying time. We don't need the extra stress of wondering if we made the right decision on a lawyer.

For most people, having to hire an attorney is usually a very negative experience. It can be expensive, emotionally draining, and humbling. Lucy McAllister and her team really exceeded all of my expectations and helped my family really get through a very trying and emotional time.
Throughout my dealings with Lucy, I found her to be extremely knowledgable, resourceful, honest, and very responsive to me and my family's needs. She was always able to explain the complexity of our situation and predict what would happen next. She always made us aware of our options and made us feel like we were in the driver's seat.
She was always available to talk on the phone, and it was not uncommon to get an email from her at 10 PM on a Saturday night in response to a last minute question. She really understood our situation and personally helped me cope with the immense stress by offering good advice, and by showing care, compassion, and concern.
She always was honest and forthright in all of our conversations. When I noticed a billing error on one of the statements due to a miscommunication, she immediately corrected it personally.
I highly recommend. Lucy. She and her staff always treated us with care, respect, and integrity. Without her help, we would have never been able to negotiate the difficulties of our personal situation and come away with the outcome she was able to help us acheive.

Lucy McAllister has been there for our family during a very trying time. We retained her services for about a year and a half during which time she demonstrated herself to be a rare combination of a shrewd no-nonsense lawyer and a compassionate, family-oriented individual.
When our family was under attack due to the non-typical behavior of our toddler autistic son, Lucy defended us ardently and took our case personally.
She understands the system and has the experience to know how to handle the complexities of the case as well as the foresight to predict how the case could develop.
She is very thorough and preemptively collected from us an arsenal of evidence.
She used it to build a very comprehensive multi faceted defense and was able to uncover hard evidence to successfully challenge the false accusations.
She gave back to our family a sense of justice.
We recommend Lucy and her assistant Melody to anyone who wants a good effective attorney with a concern for family and a sense of integrity.

Lucy is the kind of attorney that you would be if you had to defend a love one and you had the qualifications to be one. She’s attentive to her clients and to the case at hand. You will find that she is always on task. One must remember that dangerous things come in small packages, like nitroglycerin. She may be diminutive in stature but she is a force to be reckoned with. She fights the good fight with clever wit, determination, and with her extensive knowledge of criminal law. She did an excellent job of explaining the steps in the process and setting our expectations during the course of our case. We were never surprised or taken off guard with her guidance. I am very pleased with her work. I would highly recommend her if you need an criminal law attorney.

My family and I Own, manage and operate a thriving business in upscale San Francisco. Recently I was put in the predicament of having to shut down my 10 year operation due to the fact that my license was about to be revoked, for what we believed to be a competitor wanting to fuse us out of the market share, however we contacted Lucy who after 14 days of going back and forth on our behalf was able to keep us in business. I really believe that it was her and not circumstance. She fought hard for us!! Thank you Lucy.
BTW- Lucy worked 14 days and still gave us pricing based on her expected 5 day commitment.

I received an Accusation on my Pharmacy license. The Board wanted to revoke my license. Lucy was so supportive during this stressful time in my life. I was so scared of losing my license, my livelihood. I am thankful that my case ultimately settled and I got to keep my license. I recommend Lucy McAllister if you want someone to fight for your professional license.

When I first spoke with Lucy Mcallister over the phone I knew in my heart she is the ONE, who will WIN my husband case. After being railroad for over a year from another lawyer, I am so glad that we made the right decision to hire Lucy. My husband's case was set for trial, in just five months Lucy was able to work on my husband's case and WON. I was very satisfied with Lucy's QUICK, SKILLED, KNOWLEDGE, COMPASSIONATE and most of all TOUGH. I will never forget the date of August 17, 2012, this is the date that Lucy WON my husband's case for us, for the last year and half my husband and I was able to have to good night sleep. I will recommend Lucy and her staff to anyone who needs a GOOD LAWYER.

I wanted to start by introducing my situation, I had already gone through the Administration process and about to have my license probated by the courts and probably going to loose my business altogether. Not only was I ashamed and disheartened but I was very much exhausted and had completely given into the despair and guilt. I had heard of petitions to file for modifications in the past, but these were a lost cause and pretty much a relic of someones cruel joke on the real world. However My Disciplinary order had no effect on Lucy or her team. They went to work and told me to sit back and enjoy the show (I did not have to move a muscle) these gals took it to them and not only did I receive a modification, we found so many errors and mistakes that the professional licensing board had to reinstate my license altogether. AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you Lucy for everything

Lucy knocked the front door off my DA's lil paper pushing shack, Lucy told me from the beginning that she felt good about this case, and she devastated the courts with a victory for the Irish! with very little funds to take this thing to trial, I needed a way out before I hit the box and lucy not only kept me from meeting the judge eye to eye she actually got them to toss the case on a technicality that I did not even know existed until they were removing the cuffs LMAO you killed it Girl, Stay down my little TKO machine!
