Mary-Margaret Bierbaum has been in Private Practice since 1990 and establishedher own firm in February 1992. Prior to that, she worked with the SantaCruz, San Francisco, and San Benito District Attorneys' Offices as anAssistant DA, 1983-1990. Ms. Bierbaum has personally handled over 50Jury Trials, numerous Court trials (to a Judge) as well as various andsundry Preliminary Hearings (Felonies), Motions, and sentencingHearings. She also advocates for Respondents at DMV hearings and hassuccessfully retained driver's licenses, i. e.--prevented suspensions,in over 40% of case.
On her free time, Mary-Margaret enjoys yoga, biking, kayaking, dancing and swimming.
