Ashley Wheelock is exactly the lawyer for the modern age--accessible, flexible, thoughtful, level-headed, and focused on settling your case as effectively as possible--i.e., not churning billable hours. A wise mediator/ex-judge told me that “litigation is fighting over the past.” And it’s an expensiv...e fight as those that have been through it know all too well. Ashley seeks the best “litigation-lite” approach in her dealings--like the case I hired her to defend me in. Ashley’s youth should not be seen as a detriment...on the contrary, she is very “wired” and uses technology like we wish all lawyers would. She responds to emails and texts within minutes (unless she is in court or at a kid function). One time, I was sitting with by buddy having dinner on a Friday evening, and around 7:30, we had a question about contracts. I texted Ashley, and, voila! She responded before I could finish my soup! She’s like having an “on-demand” attorney!
